Librarians with software skills are well placed to foster world class research. In Library Carpentry, you will learn how to use regular expressions, automate routine tasks via the command line, query data directly from databases, and clean up ‘messy’ data. Jargon will be demystified, and you will learn the basics of data wrangling.
