Creating and Sustaining a ‘High Performance Culture’ with your team means knowing the difference between being a leader and being a manager. It is about focusing on the relationships you build with your staff and the thinking culture you create within your organisation. How are you shaping the thinking and outcomes in your organisation through focusing on the ‘Mental Models' your staff hold. This session is designed for leaders and teams who want to generate a clear understanding of their current performance culture, the performance culture they would prefer, and how to powerfully move from one to the other. The generation of powerful feedback environments is central to this. Deep and authentic four-way feedback processes which work effectively in the reality of complex work environments will be modelled and explored.
